These Terms govern your use of Hotel-Room.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to review the current booking terms shown by the provider before completing any hotel reservation.
Hotel discovery service
Hotel-Room.com provides travel content, room-focused guidance and access to hotel-search tools. We are not the physical hotel and do not control front-desk operations or final room assignment.
Live booking information wins
When editorial content differs from current availability, price, cancellation terms or room details shown in the live booking path, the current booking path controls your transaction.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing Hotel-Room.com, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional terms can apply when you continue to BusinessHotels.com, a hotel, payment provider or another travel service.
2. Eligibility and authority
You may use Hotel-Room.com only if you can lawfully enter the agreements required for the travel services you choose. If you make a reservation for another traveler, you are responsible for having authority to provide the required information and for communicating the booking terms to that traveler.
3. Role of Hotel-Room.com
Hotel-Room.com is a hotel discovery and planning website. It provides room-focused content and access to live hotel search. Hotel inventory and booking services are supplied by third parties, including BusinessHotels.com and the travel providers or properties participating in the booking path.
Unless a booking page expressly states otherwise, Hotel-Room.com does not own or operate the hotels shown, does not physically inspect every room and does not control hotel staffing, maintenance, room assignment, overbooking, amenities, local taxes or property policies.
4. Hotel search results and pricing
Rates and availability are dynamic. Search results can change because of inventory, occupancy, length of stay, currency, market, device context, supplier rules, promotions or elapsed time. A result displayed on Hotel-Room.com is not a guarantee that the same room or rate will remain available until the booking is completed.
The booking page should show the current total and applicable terms before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the currency, dates, traveler count, room type, taxes, mandatory fees, cancellation rules and any separate property charges.
5. Taxes, fees and additional charges
A displayed total may include taxes and mandatory fees identified by the connected rate service. Hotels can also charge optional or conditional amounts such as parking, resort services, deposits, minibar purchases, room service, pets, rollaway beds, early check-in, late checkout or incidentals. Local government charges may also be collected at the property where permitted.
Review the final booking screen and property policies for the most complete information available at the time of booking.
6. Room names, amenities and photos
Room-category terminology is not standardized. “Deluxe,” “executive,” “superior,” “family,” “suite,” “accessible,” “ocean view” and similar labels can vary significantly between hotels. Photos may show the property, a representative room or a room category and may not depict the exact physical room assigned at check-in.
If a feature is essential, verify that the current room description includes it and contact the hotel when direct confirmation is appropriate. Special requests are not guaranteed unless the responsible provider or hotel expressly confirms them.
7. Accessibility information
Hotel-Room.com may publish general accessibility guidance and search pages, but accessibility needs are highly individual and property features vary. A room labeled accessible does not necessarily include every feature a traveler may need. Confirm required features with the hotel or booking provider before travel.
8. AI Hotel Finder
The AI Hotel Finder helps identify a hotel by name and request live hotel pricing for selected dates. Automated matching can be imperfect, particularly when hotels have similar names, towers, branded residences or sister properties. You are responsible for confirming the hotel name, address and dates before continuing to book.
9. Hotels Near Me
Nearby search uses browser geolocation after permission and third-party mapping information to identify lodging around the current location. Distances are approximate and can be measured differently from actual driving or walking distance. A hotel being physically closest does not mean it is the safest, fastest, easiest or most appropriate choice for your trip.
10. Reservations, payment and confirmation
A reservation becomes subject to the terms displayed by the booking provider. The booking confirmation is the primary evidence of the reservation and normally contains the provider's support contact, cancellation rules and itinerary information.
Payment may be collected by a booking provider, payment processor or hotel. Hotel-Room.com does not ask you to send card numbers through editorial pages or ordinary support text.
11. Cancellations, refunds and changes
Cancellation and refund rights are determined by the specific rate booked. Some rates allow free cancellation until a deadline; others are partially refundable or non-refundable. Changes can also trigger repricing. Use the booking confirmation or trip-management path to request a cancellation or modification.
12. Traveler responsibilities
- Provide accurate dates, occupancy and traveler information.
- Review passport, visa, health, entry and local travel requirements independently.
- Check hotel age restrictions, identification requirements, payment rules and deposit policies.
- Confirm critical room features and accessibility needs.
- Keep your booking confirmation and contact information available during travel.
- Arrive within the hotel's check-in policy or notify the property when arriving late.
13. Acceptable use
You may not use Hotel-Room.com to interfere with site operation, probe security without authorization, submit malicious code, scrape or overload services in a manner that disrupts availability, impersonate another person, commit fraud, violate third-party rights or use automated access in a way that violates applicable law or provider restrictions.
14. Intellectual property
Hotel-Room.com design, original text, graphics, code and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Hotel names, trademarks, mapping content, photos and booking data can belong to their respective owners or licensors. No trademark ownership is claimed merely because a hotel or brand is mentioned for identification or travel-search purposes.
15. Third-party services and links
The site can embed or link to third-party services. Their availability, security, privacy practices and contractual terms are controlled by those third parties. Hotel-Room.com is not responsible for changes a third party makes to its service, inventory or policies.
16. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotel-Room.com is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, a particular rate, availability of a specific hotel, accuracy of every third-party description, or fulfillment of hotel special requests.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hotel-Room.com and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site, third-party booking services, hotel performance, travel interruption, inaccurate third-party content, loss of data or inability to access a service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of Hotel-Room.com, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
19. Service changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, integrations or pages. Hotel inventory sources, mapping providers and booking routes can also change. We may update these Terms to reflect material changes in the service or applicable requirements.
20. Governing requirements and severability
These Terms are subject to applicable law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
21. Related policies
Use of Hotel-Room.com is also informed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Third-party booking providers and hotels impose their own terms that apply to the reservation.
